Respect comes first. The Reading Reapers played their first adult 11-man game with heart, matching the Kings’ fierce energy.

FIRST CATCH, FIRST CHAPTER
Jasir Figueiredo #3 put the first catch of his career in the books. On a perfectly timed tunnel screen, his route running fooled defenders and gave the Kings a milestone to celebrate alongside the 46–0 win.
Last Game
THE KINGS ROLL PAST READING, 46–0
It took the Kings a little while to get the engine warm. Once they established the running game, they took control on the way to a 46–0 win over the Reading Reapers.
Chris St. George #2 caught two touchdown passes. Dwayne Parks #0 supplied two rushing touchdowns, and Jalen Sutton #1 threw for two scores.
By the final whistle, the Kings had the shutout. They also had corrections to make: sloppy penalties followed them throughout the day.
Business handled. Discipline still needs work.
King of the Week
SURE HANDS, TWO SCORES
Chris St. George #2 — Offensive MVP
Every target came with an answer from Chi. Chris St. George caught every pass thrown his way, leading the Kings with 75 receiving yards and two touchdowns against Reading.
Both scores came through the middle of the field, where the sure-handed receiver found room for walk-in touchdowns. His hands kept the passes secure. His finishes helped carry the Kings past the Reapers.

RELENTLESS OFF THE EDGE
Vonree Ward #14 — Athlete / defensive end
The stat sheet only tells part of Von’s story. In his first year with the Kings, Vonree Ward lined up at defensive end and gave Reading problems with relentless pursuit off the edge.
His tackles for loss stopped crucial drives. His pressure helped force offensive penalties. Those disruptions earned him Defensive MVP honors—a reminder that impact is not always captured by a headline number.

WHEN THE DEFENSE FINDS THE END ZONE
The defense didn’t reach the four-turnover mark, but it still created a game-changing scoring play.
Shadeed Cheeseboro #18 blocked the punt. Yeaseam Nelson #30 recovered it and pitched it back to Tymir Early #35, who scored on the 35-yard play.
